Winemaking & Aging
Originally crafted with the traditional Champagne method, the Carte Blance was patiently aged on its lees before release, allowing its fruit and minerality to weave into a seamless whole. Decades of careful cellaring have enhanced its complexity, softening edges while preserving remarkable freshness.
Tasting Profile
A deep golden hue shimmers with fine, persistent bubbles.
